I think not. Jag: car salesmen or arriviste middle ranking businessmen vs efficient, discreet appliance.

Well you want a lift in it then if you think my F82 M4 feels cheap.... how very dare you. you really need to get the pipe and flat cap for those Sunday drives, dont rely on the sat nav though as it only has one route programmed to the nearest Jag dealer, ill wave to you as I pass you on the hard shoulder with the bonnet up in my BMW!!!!! anyway who owns Jag now?? is ford? tata? who knows??

You'll wave as you go past on the hard shoulder with your bonnet up in your BMW?

You know full well that I know you are a whizz with powerpoint presentations, you were complimented on them in the office the other day.

Tara have owned JLR for nearly a decade. The cars are made here in the U.K too.

Rather fitting some cars are produced in Merseyside as it would seem Cilla Black had shares in them.

Tara' for now....

I have owned 3 Jags in the last 5 years, I can honestly say I have never regretted owning one, I’ve had a 2006 4.2 XK Hard Top, 2009 XF-S Diesel and 2011 XKR Convertible.

I don’t think I have had any out of the order issues, I have changed brakes on the XK and XF-S varying from £250 on the XK to £400 to XF-S. normal servicing comes in between £200-£300 for major servicing. I use an independent specialist to look after my car.

I love all of them, I’ve had a great time, they’ve been a bit thirsty but I don’t mind that. I can honestly recommend the three of them, the XKR sound is to die for and it’s acceleration is incredible which never fails to put a smile on my face.

Driving the XK and XKR through the windy twisty roads of the French Alps and the Lake District the car was sublime at all times.
