M5 -New Double clutch transmission on a potential purchase

Evening all,
I'm currently in the process of getting an M5 depending on favorable terms of course.
As I asked the sales guys about any warrantly work, I was sent the transcript of warranty and service work, mostly there are minor things apart from this,
Defect code Defect Discription
2800304800 Leak, double clutch transmission DKG leaking
So I asked him what was done to rectify, he said that it was replaced under warranty at 12k miles.
The car is still under manufacturer warranty and if i do proceed with the purchase I'll be looking for another years warranty as part of the deal.
Should I be concerned and look else where or there is nothing to be worried about ?
