H&R springs on Z4 3.0si Coupe

I guess you're referring to "Sport springs". I can comment on them on E46s (saloon and touring). Same suspension design as Z4. I've only use them with updated dampers. (Bilstein B8s).
Slight drop, slightly firmer ride than Eibach Pro Kit. They are good quality springs.
