I think I had this problem way back when I originally registered. It's part of the forum software itself being suspicious about your email address. Just drop them a line and they'll sort it pretty much by return.

Thanks for your wise contribution to this thread.

OP - ignore the lord above and stick at it. The forum has many good and helpful members (including me).

There are lots of blinkered people on there though, where the M3 is the best car in the world and nothing else will do, I've never experienced that on any other one model forum I've been involved with before, so I can see where he's coming from.

It’s a car for Enthusiasts, so they tend to be enthused about it.

Moaning about some aspect of the ownership experience is therefore okay, but criticising it if you own something else will get you flamed.

So, noting that I don’t own an M3 (currently...), what are you driving? smile

Nothing jut yet. Sold my Evora to get ready for a house purchase. The e92 coupe will be the next car one my mortgage is sorted.

Still no response from admin.

I don’t agree with that at all, they are admittedly enthusiastic about M’s, not just M3’s but also a lot of Porsche chat and Merc (C63) mostly so not as one eyed as you might think (and yes I am a member)

I tried to reg using one of my other email accounts but had the same issue. Still not had a reply from my email to mods. I'll email them again soon and cross my fingers.
