Looking to obtain a genuine M Perf M2 CS boot lid spoiler; anyone know of a possible UK supplier?

Can import but would prefer to deal in UK

Thanks

Fair response; there is a view that UK ADs will only supply if a CS vin is quoted. Have a query out with an M specialist; will see what they say

And the computer said no. Happy to sell you the wheels but not the body parts...

Copy made in carbon? 99% of people wouldn't know it wasn't OE.

I've not dealt with them for a while, but http://www.bmminiparts.com/ used to be good at sourcing all sorts of part. Although their core business is taking overstock parts off dealer hands, they can source brand new too.

Now sourced; big thanks to IND in Illinois for very swift and easy supply. Turned up in 5 days very robustly parcelled… just sat atop the original lip in the second pic, hence a bit high off the surface.

Heat gun and fishing line at the ready…

Much easier getting it cleaned up with £5 toffee wheel off Amazon.
Blisters on both thumbs can be painful I’ve done it 4 times nowbiglaugh

Really wary of damaging the paint/clear coat- you reckon safe enough?

Yeah I was weary about using one but it’s easy enough, cordless drill on fast and the correct *pressure.

Worth pointing out the Mperformance carbon spoilers never fit correctly at either ends, the main reason why removed and re did it and when I removed it off my og m2 to fit on my comp I was in two minds about using the beta link but ended up just using 3m tape (again!) it started lifting at the ends again!!
So I took it off and used a combo of 3m tape and tiger seal through the middle with the intention of not removing it when I sell.
Pretty sure the Mperformance ones don’t come with 3m tape now, they have to be glued on with beta link.

Certainly no tape provided but the moulding has channels for tape… the BMW installation guide states tape and beta link.

Will not be happy if it lifts!

Okay, took advantage of the heat today naturally softening the glue and the original lip is off. Tape/glue residue gone too… WD40 soak and a thumbnail soon lifted it; not as bad as I was expecting.

The CS gurney sits very close indeed on the boot lid, really can’t see there should be any issues getting it to hug when fitting. Will pop it on tomorrow.
