I owned a 1990 MX-5 & started my own regional; group. Lovely club lovely owners.
Have rare accessories, many original brochures & almost every published road test, all for sale
Tried sending advertisement to the new national magazine - no response - no reply.
Have phoned 4 times yes 4 times the supposed local group contact in Sussex - silence.
All gathering dust in the loft & likely to be binned.
Puzzled.

Your interest appreciated but would prefer to sell direct & personally to an owner within the MX-5 Club which is why Ebay not an option.
The stuff is rare & I want it to go to the right home.

I used to be the Secretary of the Owners Club and know the archivist well. PM me and I maybe able to point you in the right direction.

You can give it to him on the proviso that he doesnt try to sell it all for as much as he can. Judging by the skanking prices usually asked: unlikely.

"I can't seem to shift this stuff, it's probably going to end up in the bin"

"Hey, I'll take it"

"Oh no, I want it to go to a good home..."

So? He's a trader or something, worried he's going to sell it on at massively inflated prices?

Well, if it's going in the bin, what's the issue?
