New chrome grille to go with the change of wheels and swapped the nasty black corners & headlights for real ones.

Can't go wrong with a dually, we've spent the last 6 weeks travelling around the UK from Cornwall to Scotland & back home we did about 2500 miles at an average 14 mpg

In the lake district at Connington Water

Really fancying a 5th wheel trailer, (the truck actually came with a 5th wheel hitch and pneumatic braking system), but I guess it'll have to wait until our current caravan has expired.

Nice set up by the way!

Can't make out the number is it a 350?

Very cool I've always loved these beasts amazing how you can go all the way up to a 750 I think (please correct if wrong)
These are 650s or 750s. 350s just look like normal F150s but with dually tires in the back, and usually a larger rear fender well. To get this type of conversion done on a 650/750, it requires a specialist shop who actually turns it into a crew cab. You cannot buy these from Ford with that setup.

Friendly piece of advice , with a truck like yours , guessing early 90's with a 5th wheel , I'd be seriously considering a transmission rebuild before attempting a long trips . BTW , any truck larger than the F350 is purely for guys "lacking down below", if you get my drift .

This is my neighbors F350, which he uses to tow his modest ship with. I don't 'get' them really. The lift-kit on this one puts the hood height about 6 feet from the pavement.

Looks pretty cool though. But I'm a fan of big trucks.

Although maybe a bit more rugged looking and a bit less shine.

I'd truly love something like this:

This is mine - more restrained, but bullet-proof and very capable 302ci 4x4.

Thank you! It very rarely goes in the dirt - I have friends who have cabins out at River Ranch, Lake Wales, FL and take it down there a few weekends per year. River Ranch can bit quite extreme and I don't want to break it, so I take it very steady. 4x4 low range is great for plowing through all the sugar sand though.

Mainly used for trips to home improvement store/general daily duties when I'm not out of town. Did less than 3k miles in it last year.

I can understand that, it really is a nice looking truck and it'd be a shame to trash it off road.

I'll have to keep my eyes peeling when I'm in Orlando next June, just in case I spot it.

I had a small US cars gatehring down at my workshop a while ago, this is my 67 Camaro and my 95 Chevy Astro van/camper.

The Camaro arrived this year and is now all legal and is in almost daily use. Van is the family wagon for days out and picnics.

A nice Chevy C10 pickup and a mates 55 Chevy:

A Pontiac firebird and early 60s VW based buggy:

Ford Galaxy:

It's actually a 5sp manual which seems to be in good nick. Awfully low geared though!
