Couple of updated pics, now I've had a few bits of bodywork done and more importantly swapped the hood scoop for a GT500 style scoop. Much more in keeping with the car and less aftermarket looking.

'13 Camaro V8 (LS3 manual)

UK/Eur spec, so the SS badge is a personal addition (genuine GM made in Canada, btw)

Since the age of about 5 I've always wanted an American slab, I didn't care what it was so long as it was a big slab.

Finally done it biggrin

Thank you, no worries.smile

Had it about a month now and drove it 230 miles back home, it didn't miss a beat. Starts on the button every time and the engine just pulls as soon as you touch the accelerator.

Handling and braking is a bit like driving a big yacht down the street which makes for an interesting ride, had the tyres squealing the other day as I went around a tight corner just like in the old american programs hehe its a fun drive and does put a smile on your face. biggrin

There are a few jobs to do which will keep me busy for a while, one of which is removing the paint from the door cards and seats which is awful to look at and touch. By the looks of it all the interior has been made up over time and somebody tried to match it all together by spraying it, it just made it all worse in my opinion.

Seats don't look too bad in this pic but they are pretty bad with bits stuck all over them due to the paint.

I haven't really taken many pictures of it yet but here's a few a do have.

Engine is a 383 and runs really smooth.

This should give you an idea of its size

That seems perfect to me- Looks really good, but not too good to use, and plenty of scope for improving it . Hope you continue to enjoy it!

Lovely - what sort of times does it run?

Here's mine - fresh MOT and a good wash.

Old combo mild 351w efi and Tremec ran 10.6 @132. Now lighter with dart based 427w built by woody @ Fordstrokers and a Liberty LSC 5100 with V gate. Can shift this full throttle/clutchless and better ratios. Not fun on the street.
Will run it next year.
Sorry been playing with my New toy, a 77 Trans Am...much more streetable lol!

Let's just say you need to write it in your diary when you want it to stop hehe it takes a bit of getting used to lol.

I've got some new pads for the front but can't work out how to change them at the moment. I think they're after market ones but not sure.

Managed to get more of the paint off the front passenger seat today, just a nightmare weeping The drive around later made up for it though biggrin:

That looks stunning. Thought it was a new retro model for a second.
