Lets see your Yank tanks!

Folllowing my epic fail of a 40', 71-seat skool bus, I failed to heed my own advice and have, once again, done the wrong thing and ended up with this...
I guess it counts as a Yank; E350 Econoline, Type 3 ambulance, built in Minnesota, used in Quebec, shipped over here and used in the Thames Valley.
Can't leave it like this; it'll be in NYFD livery outside, inside converted to a camper, but maintaining an ambulance theme (on instructions of Mrs. Sister Tuono, who is a bonafide sawbones).
Well, we have long winters, don't we?

Bought from a Manchester importer, it's a new Lincoln built in China for the Chinese market so has a smaller
engine not available in the US market.
FWD, 240hp through a 6 speed autobox. 27 MPG average
Downside, it has a default Sat-Nav for China, not much use in Scotland but it does have Apple Car play
so you can get sat-nav via Google or Waze on the car screen via your phone.
As befits its cheaper price it also has a reduced trim level, so no massage seats, heads up display or cooled seats.
But does have memory seats, remote start, sunroof, adaptive steering, headlights and suspension. auto high beams.
