I have bought a brand new crate LS3 430bhp and 6 speed auto from Chevy for use in my project car. Looking for recommendations of where to get it serviced in the Midlands or nearby and also if anyone can point me in the direction of the servicing schedule.

Thanks

As the LS3 engine was fitted to the 2008 Corvette their service schedule would be a good place to start.

Oil and Filter - there’s nothing else to touch apart from the plugs and air filters.
Well within a diy or back street garage.

Thanks. Doesn’t seem to indicate how often you change the spark plugs.

Yep looks like it. I just wanted to check. The guide posted above doesn’t say how often to change the plugs unless I’ve missed it

On a late-model LS or LT engine installed at the factory, spark plugs are good for circa 100,000 miles. Factory-installed coolant and cooling system? Good for 150,000 miles. Clutches on a manual transmission? Many owners get 100,000 miles.

See the following maintenance schedule (PDF) for LS3-equipped C7 Corvette:

See the documentation that came with your crate engine or, using its part number, find similar online.

The large forum that caters to Corvette also has answers:

And sites like LS1TECH cater to diverse builds and have forums for each generation of LS:

They assume you will be taking it to the dealer for that to be done.
But ot looks like around the 100,000 mile mark

Thanks guys. All very simple stuff compared to most servicing regimes these days.
