Gratuitous wrist picture.

Haven't taken it off since I got it other than for running

Still running about 20/30 seconds fast a day but not a massive issue for me, though would annoy some.

Still love looking at it and the size is still pretty much perfect.

Did everyone see this earlier. Blue Willard SPB181 similar to 149 colours, and an SLA043 which is a blue SLA017 (not a hi beat like the 037)

I want one of these but it seems as though they are on back order. Looks like a fantastic every day wearer.

Arrived yesterday; the crystal was badly scratched but I had a spare in stock so thought I'd drop the movement give the case a clean and swap the crystal over.

It's a November 1969 "Bruce Lee"; very unusual since it has a brown dial. I think this was a special order by the Hong Kong distributor, and that presumably they didn't sell well enough so the order was not repeated. All the brown 6139-6010s have English/Chinese day wheel, and they all date from the last few months of 1969. All are WATER 70M PROOF marked.

It needs a service and I've got a NOS bracelet on the way too. smokin

I had (still own) a nice black dialed August '69 proof/proof. I had it serviced then decided to change the crystal myself using my cheap ebay crystal press.....

I can't see that this has been mentioned yet. On line sale by Bonhams, and bidding starts to end tomorrow:-

And if you are feeling flush, have a look at this one:-

74 Seikos all for sale so plenty of choice if you are thinking of Xmas.

Well, no one seems to have taken any interest in the sale - or so it seems from the lack of response, but there were some serious bargains in there if I am not mistaken. All BNIB it seems. A Spring Drive Marine Master for under £2,000 seemed pretty good value to me anyway. And loads unsold too. Might be worth an email.

Think there was a lot of questions over the legitimacy of that sale which might explain the lack of excitement.

Really? I must have missed that. Can you point me in the right direction so I can read it please?

ETA:- Following your comment I was able to make a more detailed search and came across this. Thank you for your input.:-

On another tack, it isn't only watches that are questionable it seems, as far as Bonhams are concerned. This car has registration problems for example, and is a damned sight dearer than a Seiko!
