Well we said it was worth more than 1k2, I take it you got the full asking price of 1k5.

Never been a doubt in my mind the 2254 is the most collectible and hence appreciating of the SMP's, I think this goes towards proving it, well done.

Yep very pleased I got the price I wanted. There was a lot of interest just from this thread and in one day of advertising I had three offers so the watch is in demand. Anyone else who has one has made a good investment, it won't make you rich but at least it's value is going up a little over the years.

..just curious - what did you get for it? [ I like the 2254's .. so it would be useful to get an idea of the 'market rate' ]
