Nar get yourself a Seiko 600m VINTAGE they have a 36,000BPH movement based on the 6159a Grand Seiko Calibre.
Note the crystal lock ring 99% of divers watches only rely on a friction fit gasket which are ok but if you knock the case VERY sharply often the glass will POP outta the gasket BEEN there done that!
The crown o-ring on the 600m and 1000m versions are like donuts SERIOUSLY overbuilt compared to 99% of other diver crown seals IMHO.

The Seiko on the right is the vintage version ENJOY>>

Anyone other than Jura sell them in the UK? I quite fancy a Spring Drive diver like the one posted when I get back from the gulf
You could just order one from
http://www.seiyajapan.com/ or
http://www.higuchi-inc.com/index-e.html

See those mentioned on the watch forums WUS and TZ-UK when discussing the GS.
Wouldn't worry about it being £1000 cheaper or more, inc after paying duty and VAT, since every GS watch is returned to Japan for servicing.

Not online apparently, so it would involve a trip to London (I'm from the North East) but at least I'd be able to try them on I suppose.

Just joined TZ-UK last night, I understand their policy so I'll be posting (not spamming) on there in the future as I quite like the idea of unusual watches appearing on there.

I like those but they're more utilitarian looking than the GS diver posted earlier. I'd like to compare it to a Rolex Deep Sea.
