I've just bought this (yesterday) which I rather like. Probably my new daily.

Very nice. I got mine last week.

I have this on the way:
SDC OceanRider in Silky Grey. Going to order a blue with grey stripe Marine Nationale strap (Tudor Pelagos type) to go with it.

Would be interested to see pics side-by-side with your NTTD for comparison!

Got these two cool retro look Casios on the way:

Definately in the bottom end of the scale compared to some of the amazing watches some of you all have on here.

Might be worth a small fortune soon given the way things are going.

I'm number 91. Was kinda hoping for 1882.

Lying in a hospital bed bored, I bought another watch. Finally got my hand on a Casio MDV-106 Duro (Marlin) aka the Bill Gates watch. These are going for quite a bit used now since they moved over to the non-Marlin models making these very collectible. Nothing fancy, just a good reliable workhorse.

By the way did they put the back on yours straight? This is really irritating laugh

I've ordered a watch repair kit from Amazon (so that I can take a link out of the bracelet and fit the strap myself) and hopefully I can use it to straighten the back cover if possible.

I was also hoping for 1882, 18 would also have been nice as that’s my birthday. My case back is slightly skewed, not as bad as yours though. That would drive me mad.

The rubber strap that came with it is also really nice and suits the case well. Really soft and comfortable.

Isn't the back screw on, so you'd be screwed trying to align it?

Yes it looks like a screw on to me I was hoping the back might have multiple entry points so it is possible to take it off and re screw it on with just the right amount of torque that it lines up a bit better.

You may get it closer if left a little loose. You'd expect CW to have done that if possible.
Maybe it's worth sending them a message to enquire about this before having a go?

Yeah I've done exactly that, waiting for customer support to get back to me.
