After longing for a Reduced speedy for a long time I stumbled across this rarer version on watchfinder. They didn't want to talk discounts, so after scouting eBay and Chrono24 24 I saved £900 and secured one!

A bit of a Franck Muller fan picked up this ECW Ganador. It's a big watch but wears well.

Other than eBay anyone seen anyone who may have original watchstrap

Thank you. I couldn't believe it when my local AD rang and said it was in , I don't think I've ever put my shoes on so quickly! To be honest I wasn't expecting it until much later on in the year. I had never seen one, apart from the pictures. It's slightly heavier than I thought, but having said that , it's not a small watch so don't really know why. It feels a bit heavier than the sea dweller 4000 ( 116600)

Hi

Do you LOVE it?

Is it all the best features of the Sub and SD4k rolled into one and nicer than both because of it?

It`s technically already replaced the SD4k, not sure they have made the watch to replace the SDDS as well, the SDDS is still available in both versions!

Can`t imagine they have rolled the Sub, SD4k and SDDS into one watch with the intention of withdrawing the others, though some might say it is all those watches in one!

I do really like it. I've got a 1680 sub that is my daily watch and will probably still be , but the sea dweller is a really nice thing. It's slightly too heavy / big for me to wear all the time , but in rotation hopefully it will work well. The SD4k is a good happy medium , in a way I'm surprised that they where not more popular when easily available. I wouldn't say that the new one is any nicer , although I do like the 'sea dweller' writing iin red.

Interesting, I had a DSSD but after 3 years of trying I just couldn`t get on with it and it eventually had to go because of the size and because I couldn`t unsee the narrow bracelet at the lugs (but also tried it with a clasp style Rubber B)

I have an SD4k and the funny thing is that when the newest Sea dweller was released I started to hear people being really negative about the outgoing SD4k, kind of "yeah, good riddance, nobody wanted them anyway" BUT when the were first released in 2014 they were welcomed, thank God they have made a watch with tapered lugs again, how fantastic that the Sea Dweller is back etc etc

i think the best thing to do is largely disregard 'people' and their views, because for the most part they are dicks!
