Out with the old....

And in with the new

42mm with 8500 movement. Was concerned the 45mm would be too large so went “reasonable”

Lovely, I fancy an Omega, but want a BLNR first.

My friend picked one up for his wedding gift and it really is cool and classy.

The original PO was my “grail” watch when it came out. I couldn’t afford it though so waited. Last year I was in the market for a watch but the ones in reach were tatty. I bought the IWC instead. I think the IWC has gone up and an 8500 came in reach. I’ve bought the P.O. without selling the IWC so we shall see if I can get my money back, or more, on it.

This just arrived - fancied a black watch and good value at under £400, I think. Anyway, I'm happy.

Looks like I've got this for my birthday from Mrs Spydaman. 1963 Seiko 66-9990. Not quite the 1960 Grand Seiko I'd like but close enough.

cloud9 Easily the nicest watch on this page and I'm viewing 80 messages per page.

I have one. I like it. Doesn't get worn much though.

I have one too, lent it to my dad and it hasn't left his wrist for a few years. Here's how the DLC has worn...

That's really nice variation of the PO, is it the latest model?
(I have the old 2500 model that I got for my 21st 8 years ago and it's still one of my favourite watches).

I don’t think it is anything special, just a later version of your watch.

It’s a very classy watch and I love mine . Was also my grail and I bought one a few years ago. Took me a while to decide between the Blue numerals or the gold numerals.

Picked up my Explorer 1 today...

I like it, understated and neither too big or too small cloud9

Mrs chemistry picked up a Datejust a week ago, so she’s also happy!

Something I've been after for awhile; a blue dial watch. I used to own a BR02-94 Chrono, but then sold it ... only to regret the decision. As such, I've just bought a brand new Bell & Ross BR03-94 Blue Steel! smile

(Not my photo - It should be with me by Tues!)

This landed this afternoon. This is the third time I have purchased a P.O. but this time it’s a 42 mm rather then the 46mm. This one as the latest adjustable clasp which is a dream to use and get a great comfortable fit, it’s also had a full service and refurb at Omega UK so has two year warranty to boot, it looks as new.

Hi Hilly, Very nice

Just out of interest .... What sort of saving over a new one do you get by buying S/H
I've seen new at £3.2k
Rough ball park not expecting you to display the receipt
