I'm jealous.
That's such a good looking watch.
I totally agree so have been on their site but can't for the life of me find any reference to size for any of the ranges. What am I doing wrong?

A Junghans Incabloc was the first watch my father bought me and would love to get another.

to which I said:
If you look at an individual watch (rather than just the collection), next to the photo pf the watch there are seven drawings highlighting movement, function, case, crystal and so on. Hover over the third picture, and it'll tell you the case diameter.

I've been going a little crazy, guys...

STOWA Marine Original. It's really lovely.

I got a Flieger too. I have a Nomos Tangente on the way, as well as a JLC Reverso, a GS Snowflake and possibly a Credor Eichi II, although that one will require a lot of thought.
Excellent, a Marine and Flieger are in my most wanted list after having a week with my Antea 1919. smile

This arrived this morning. Dan Henry 1964 panda chrono.

38mm, Mecha-Quartz movement. Nice bit of kit for $250. Comes with a ‘beads of rice’ bracelet, leather strap and watch roll. Turned up in 6 days, with no customs charge.
Looks lovely and been fancying a non black chrono myself for a while. Not too fussed on the DB5 on the back though

Two hours difference between reposts yesterday and 3 minutes today...it's getting quicker hehe

On topic, disappointed with how erratic the time keeping is with the Steinhart. 5 seconds over 2 weeks and then lost 6 minutes in 2 days. And it doesn't like the heat, currently losing 2 minutes a day in 30degrees.
Tried posting a picture with palm trees a watch and the sea in the background but that went upside down and out of focus so giving up with the iPad!

I have a Steinhart (I had 3 until 2 got nicked), and whilst I've never measured it, it's proven pretty accurate, and certainly consistent. They'll deal with it if you send it back (and it's in warranty). I had an issue with one of mine (not movement related), amd they sorted it no questions asked.

I use my OVM as a daily and it's pretty consistent although I've not measured it accurately. I did send mine back for a crown issue a couple of years back and they were brilliant to deal with. No quibbles and it's been faultless since. Top service from Gunther and the team.

Last one for the next week at least I think.

Nomos Tangente. I love it, it looks like it'll be a great watch to wear with a suit, it's so slim and the aesthetic is so simple.

Ohh, the Flieger looks great on the NATO! I am considering the idea of putting one on, but the brown leather strap they come with is more comfortable than I thought it would be.

I saw your pic of the MO on your wrist the other day, that only contributed to the excitement of getting it.
When I bought my flieger the only option on the Stowa website was for a brown leather strap which I didn't fancy, but I was able to specify a plain black leather one later in the ordering process.

Got it at Xmas last year and have barely taken it off since.

I'd forgotten about the MO - I've been hankering after a Lange 1815 small seconds (a man can dream, right?) but realistically its not something I can justify - the MO could be the perfect affordable alternative...

Lovely!

The argument I keep having in my head is to get one of those or one of these:

Prompted by this thread, i might have been idly scanning Youtube for reviews of the Stowa MO this afternoon whistle and I might have stumbled across this...

Anybody know anything about them?

Gentlemen, I bought two watches today. The first was planned, the second I couldn't resist.

The planned one is a Grand Seiko Snowflake. I've always wanted one of these and it really doesn't disappoint. This isn't a great photograph, it needs a much colder light or sunlight to really make the most of the dial.

The second was very unexpected. They had told me that one of these was in stock when they emailed me about the Snowflake, but I didn't think I'd be that impressed. It's limited to 1,500 pieces worldwide (I think), and they seemed reasonably genuine when they said that they hadn't expected to get any more in, ever. A lovely gentleman (with a very impressive collection of cars back in Dubai) appeared to buy the other one as I was there.

Again, the lighting in the photo is poor, but it's beautiful. The movement is incredible too, almost as lovely to watch the second hand as the Spring Drive.

With this Oris talk I picked up this 3 month old Divers Sixty Five at the weekend for only 55% of it’s sticker price. With an unworn strap also.
What a lovely watch . I loved these from the day they were released.

Had a look on their site and they look lovely and pretty special. Well out of my price range.

They do a 'cheaper' line which are around the 2.7k Euro mark:

This is lovely:
