Black crocodile strap with a gold deployant clasp.
Good shout...Not sure how the watch will look in the flesh. It was a bit different and i've been impressed with the movement in another Slava i had.
Just need to wait and see...i've bought from the seller before and was pleased with the watch and delivery time, so should have it within the next couple of weeks. I'll post some pics up whenever i choose a suitable strap.

Keep the suggestions coming though...

Just picked my first Tudor watch up ........................I think it may look better with the rubber strap.
In my opinion, definitely, he says as he types whilst wearing his Pelagos LHD on the rubber strap. As innovative as the floating/sprung bracelet design is, I think the strap gives a great casual look for daily use. I did put mine on the bracelet eventually just to try, but it only lasted a few hours before reverting.

Are the LHDs titanium? I like the idea of one of them, just for the unusual-ness of a backward bezel and/or light metal. Alas my wrists are barely 6.25” and can’t possibly get away with such a piece...
Indeed they are, as per the other Pelagos models.

What a watch! Looks amazing in the steel and is my new favourite! Worth the wait. Over the moon with the quality and finish...

Had a long term itch for a new watch but I’ve got better things to do with my money just now, so opted for a new strap instead - the blue camo strap transforms it into a watch I’ll now wear very differently, which is ideal.

Big thumbs up for Horus Straps, great quality, great service. Import taxes are annoying but I had a 20% off code, which kept it all reasonable.

Just placed an order for one of these:

https://www.guinand-uhren.de/series-155/serie-155....

Been after a chrono that appeals for some time and the style and size (37.5mm) really hit the sweet spot for me. Plus I like low volume manufacturers.

Looking forward to this one arriving. smile

Don't see too many Guinands around here, a great little watch that and you can be sure that it'll be well made. If you weren't already aware, Guinard used to be run by Helmut Sinn, he bought Guinand in '96 (IIRC) after selling the watch company that bares his own name.

Yes, did a bit of research on them and knew of the Sinn connection as well as the very good feedback regarding build quality.

What I couldn't find online were production numbers, so I emailed them and found out they produce less than a thousand watches yearly across their entire range. Probably less than a fith of Stowa production, another small German brand I'm very fond of.

As I said, really looking forward to this one turning up. smile

Another watch company I was unaware of, and I must have cycled past them a gazillion times!

Congratulations on a very smart purchase.

Love the watch and the strap; amazingly comfortable. It’s on the list after a couple of others.

Not had a new one in a while!

This is an SBGY003, it's a hand wound spring drive with no date and the power reserve on the back. It's got a small face and I believe this one has been nicknamed the Grand Cocktail, although I gather some people don't like that name...

It's my favourite new GS by far. It's really slim and comfortable to wear, and the whole thing is very very low key.
