They will be doing more batches so just a case of signing up to their updates and being quick with the old trigger finger biggrin

Indeed. I am keen to get mine, hopefully a good example of the seagull movement - the button actuation can be variable on them.

It's a beautiful thing. Really pleased with it!
Just beautiful and a hell of a conversation piece. Absolutely wonderful.

Was just reading yesterday about an Atmos clock with a solar calendar. Shows the moon and earth in orbit around the sun. Limited edition of ten…!
This one is fancy enough for me! It’s the ‘base’ model but it’s just right, for me anyway.

I’m going to have to tweak the regulation a smidge because it’s losing a little.

What's the deal with these? Nice clock but is it especially special?

Uses changes in atmospheric pressure to wind the movement. Pretty clever.

This may be the beginning of the end of the brand (for me). Imean, I like mine (and one was a gift so will not be sold), but not that interested in them (especially given their realisable second hand value), if Rolex are also now synonymous with pony rides for the cheesiest of owners in a part of London synonymous with crass exhibitionism. smile
There are many idiots in Porsche and Ferrari - it wouldn't put me off.

It is just a watch, buy it, wear it, for what it is. As you know, I have one Rolex, which I really like for the mechanism and robustness - I am not really interested in the 'brand' or what some throbber on YouTube is wearing.
"Throbber" is an excellent insult, and I shall be using it forthwith! smile

Picked up today, I’m stuck in Germany so have to wait a few more hours to see it. As with all GS they look so different depending on the light.

I tried on a few watches Monday, some hugely expensive and I have to be honest a quartz GS does stand up finish wise.

On a brown strap I think this one will be awesome.

I promise you… no oneupmanship intended here….

A present from a client,…. I have not yet started it, thinking it needs a better base. A slice of granite or marble.

Nice one.

We aren't allowed to take anything unless it's genuinely almost worthless like a branded pen or a desk calendar. Regardless, it must be below 30 EUR in value and reported. I'm in the wrong job!

Almost word for word the rules that I had to comply with when I worked for IBM. Not that anyone ever offered me anything worth more than 3 Euros, let alone 30.

I've always liked the Traser brand, both in quality, style and value so have added this to my collection.

Will also be adding this as an eventual pass on to my God/Grandson when the time is right.

Sadly the Traser has been cancelled, turned up in Chesterfield at the time specified, shame I live in Lancashire. First time using the company, not prepared to let them lose on a Brietling.

That’s lovely! GS are starting to appeal to me now, they’re watches you really have to handle. I was utterly mesmerised by the Spring Drive movement in this….
