I think these ceramic black, skeleton watches look superb! I can't afford it, but they are more affordable that I thought they would be. Some links to the watch and its various iterations.

Likey?
I'm not so keen on the skeletonised version, but the Octo Finissimo is one of my absolute favourite watches:https://robbreport.com/style/watch-collector/bulga...

Bvlgari still seem like a criminally underrated watch maker to me

Cartier quick release leather straps have a terrible longevity.
The leather splits where the quick release mechanism is embedded (glued) inside the strap. Cartier's own website used to carry an FAQ in which the question "How long should my leather strap last?" was answered "About six months."
Not good enough for a strap costing around £400 IMHO.

The new line of Cartier Santos, especially the one with the sunburst blue dial they have a quick release strap and come with 2 straps.
I tried this on in Copenhagen the other week - never been a huge Santos fan but I must admit it wore really well, and the blue dial is really nicesmithyithy said:

Devon Tread 1
Saw it in Good Omens, it's so steampunk and far removed from any other watches I can think of. If only they weren't around 10k plus...
There are a couple of used ones around the 7-8k mark on chrono24. Many new over 10k, but worth a look if the used prices were more to your tasteSaw it in Good Omens, it's so steampunk and far removed from any other watches I can think of. If only they weren't around 10k plus...
