Call Answering Service

I've seen threads about a simple call answering service where they take down a name and number and pass it on.

But does a service exist whereby they will follow a script of questions and note down answers and send it to me in an e-mail?

The plan would be for all calls to go through to this service, instead of just me diverting them when I'm busy. I'm also not expecting a large number of calls, so would prefer to pay on a "per call" basis.

Any suggestions?

Speak to John at Liscard Business Centre. They do call answering for clients all over the uk but are pretty flexible & intelligent so they can probably offer the package you're after.

I used to have a virtual office with them and liked 'em so much I now have physical office space there.
