Anyone bought from them online, sight unseen?

Good experience / not so good experience?

TIA

You might want to trawl some specific watch forums before making up your mind.......certainly not everyone has been impressed with their service or the standards of some of their watches and their are plenty of posts on both sides of the fence.

I wouldn't touch them again with a bargepole personally

I did some research before asking here. They have a 14d ay no questions refund policy, so I've pressed the button, and we'll see what happens smile

They seem the cheapest, offer good px values, have stores in various cities, good stock.

I wouldn't buy anywhere else

Bought and sold with WF a few times. Always been excellent, and wouldn't hesitate to recommend them.

I'd echo the comments as well, they are really good I'd bought a Santos Chronograph last week but it was too large (enormous watch) arranged to swap it out for a DSOTM today but could have had a refund instead.

Really helpful in the shop and I tried on 6-7 watches today, the watch is in perfect condition as is the stunning box and all papers. I like the fact they are authorised service centres for Cartier/Omega/Panerai/AP and IWC so they're not just buying a watch giving it a wipe and putting it on display.

Apparently they don't like including spare links even though the watch would have had them when they bought it. So count the number of links in the pictures and make sure you get the same number of links.

That's why they sell spare links on ebay very cheap then. Lol. I've pulled a few sellers up for this, and non wis buyers would not have a clue how many links a particular watch should have. As long as it fits, that's all they're concerned with.

Your bang on with that! My sub was a wee bit too tight on my wrist and that was with the glidelock fully extended. I contacted them and asked for a spare link as there was none in the box (preowned). They were a bit , erring and humming initially. They did send out a link though and mentioned if i needed any more they would have to charge.

I've experienced nothing but excellent service from them. I've sold a couple and purchased a couple.

On one of the purchases they added an additional link free of charge as the bracelet on a Rolex Explorer was a little bit tight.

I will certainly be looking to buy my next watch from them once I've saved a bit

I'm not sure I'd use them based on the derisory offer they made me on a potential trade in last year but I happened to be overnight in Docklands yesterday and saw their shop under Canary Wharf.

Impressive.

There's also a great Watches of Switzerland & a large Goldsmiths there too biggrin

I have used them to move on 3 watches, I found to be very good and have given the top price quoted on all 3. Yes the price you get is going to lower then if you sold them privately, but then again it takes out the pitfalls of going that route.
