The tropical strap came with the watch. You just need to cut the segments down one by one to fit to your size. If you over do it, replacement straps are £180 through an AD. I learnt that the hard way on my previous Aquanaut!
Thanks....

Yes, I have an Aquanaut and was thinking of replacing the strap - I looked on Ebay (just curious) and they're a huge price, so I wondered what the official retail price was. I wonder if PP/an AD will cut the strap for you?

Yes an AD will cut it for you and size it to your wrist. But it really is very simple to do yourself. You just need a sharp pair of scissors and a spring bar tool to push the bar in to get to buckle off. Just take your time and be patient. I have a six and a half inch wrist, I ended up with 8 segments on the 12 o clock side and 6 segments on the 6 o clock side. Having the strap sides different lengths helps to keep the buckle centred on the wrist. I also ended up switching the straps ie - what was on the six o clock side is now on the 12 o clock side . The watch felt just a smidge too tight but switching the straps to the opposite side means it’s now perfect. I put this down to the the fact that your wrist is not symmetrical, and having a different number of segments on each side of the watch means the strap flexes to the wrist in an asymmetric way.

Can't really afford to keep it (bit big for my wrists too maybe?), but definitely going to enjoy it while it lasts!

That's very cool. Wonder if there's a "Fergie Time" version with the 45-55 minutes section in orange smile

& Andy Tims, thanks. Can’t beat a bit of vintage.

Gone the complete opposite today, with a blue ceramic cased Bell & Ross.

Thank you.

I have a tropical strap on it at the moment (which is cut to equal lengths on both sides) but it feels a smidge too tight.

I also have the bracelet strap (which I've never used), I tried recently to remove the tropical strap but couldn't get the bars in and didn't want to scratch the watch.

I like the Aquanaut very much, it looks incredibly ordinary.... I am now hugely tempted by the Rolex Sky Dweller and must resist.

I think he means it’s considerably more restrained and considerably less gaudy than your usual Wrist Check offerings.
