After discovering this thread around 2 weeks ago, my watch collection has gone from 0 to 3!

It started with the Casio Duro, then I discovered Pagani Designs. For those that don’t know, Pagani make ‘homage’ pieces based on other popular models (from what I have seen so far, mostly Rolex)

Ive now picked up a Pepsi, and a white face Daytona, both would require huge investments if I were to purchase the ‘real deal’ - Rolex.

Having never held a real Rolex, and following watching some videos on Youtube, I am really impressed with the quality of the Pagani models. Coupled with not having to worry about theft, insurance or damaging them! They can get worn and I dont need to worry about them.

I am not sure if people class then as ‘fakes’ but as they branded Rolex, I think I am happy with that!
Welcome to our little corner of tinternet, remember we accept no responsibility for the uncontrollable over whelming desire to buy more and more watches!!!! smile

I recon pagani are ok as are steel dive they are pretty open about being a homage to the real thing!

I really want a speedmaster at some point but I love the £100-£200 watches, everytime I nearly buy something I think that's £150 that could go in the speedy fund!

Of all the homage/copy/cheapy brands Steeldive is my favourite

Anyone here has a decent Panerai homage?

PS: For sub homages, I really liked my Invicta. Was very good quality and ran for over 8 years without missing a beat.

There are a few Speedy homages on Ali for well within that budget, even less if you look at the Corgeut ones. I think my Corgeut one was about £50, has a mecaquartz movement in it.

I would love a genuine one though and have set that as a goal. Its got to be a reduced though.

I'm looking more for the Luminor look

I haven't seen Panzera's that look remotely like it.
Disappointing, as there are plenty of Sub clones of good quality well within thread budget.

I have limited knowledge, but from what I have read they are independents who buy the kits and assemble them. Quality can vary quite a bit.

I recently bought a Rotary Super 7 watch for around the £200 mark and I'm very impressed with it. Went with the Hulk.
