I don't think that the 02T is that common a watch to begin with. I wouldn't be surprised if there's only a couple of hundred pieces made each year.The Tête de Vipère is a limited run of 155. You're right about it being a big watch, the diameter is actually 45mm. It's probably the most accurate tourbillon this side of a JLC Gyrotourbillon, as well as one of the cheapest.
The watch I posted isn't mine, but I'm tempted.
