Assuming you’re talking about a bracelet swap off a Seamaster, no it’s not difficult. You’ll need a spring bar tool though, which is easily found online. The Seamaster has a nice gap to get the tool into to release the bar.

I don’t know what bracelet that is but I recently saw an SMPc with a Speedmaster bracelet and must say it looked superb.

Saying that, I like the original SMP bracelet and it’s comfy as anything.
