My Christmas present to myself, bought on Christmas Eve from Preston’s in Wilmslow. Beautiful watch!

Just looked in the AD in Norwich and they have a couple of GMTs in the window, one on a steel bracelet. They also have a P01. Weird looking thing.

Had mine 6 months and took it back today for a fix under guarantee - looks like it’s got “the date issue”. Could live with it, but figure if it’s got a problem it should be fixed - it’s not as though it’s an £80 Casio, after all. Am not annoyed though - absolutely adore it and can’t wait to get it back.
Does anyone know if there’s a way to identify whether a new watch has the issue or is new ‘fixed’ stock, such as serial number range or manufacturing date?
I don’t really want to purchase one that has to then go back to be fixed at some point!!
Mine is back, was gone a month but back a fortnight ahead of schedule so quite pleased with that for service. Was returned in a smart Tudor pouch too, so got a nice little freebie for my trouble.
AD couldn’t say what was done to repair it which is a little disappointing, but otherwise am pleased it’s back and have no regrets for buying it.

I had email contact with the RSC before/during/after mine was there, asked them the question and they told me the whole mechanism was removed and a new one fitted. It has been mentioned on Rolex forums that only Tudor HQ can repair the in house movements so they just swap them out.

To those who own the Tudor GMT - still pleased with your purchase?

I might have the possibility of getting one, got to shift the SMP 300 first bit that shouldn’t be too much trouble.

Off to collect my new GMT this evening which is rather exciting as I've waited 12 months for it to come in.

Now anyone got a good finance deal on a new tudor? If they offer 0% I may look at doing that.
thanks
Been on a waiting list for a couple of months, and got mine today biggrin

Shop had absolutely no issue doing a 0% finance deal...could have paid in a lump but then thought if it’s 0% and the monthly payment is small why not just pay that way and leave the funds in an ISA. There’s no penalty for early repayment, so...yay.

Anyway, it’s a beautiful watch. Worth the wait!
Do you mind me asking where? I've been on various waiting lists for 3-12 months and haven't heard a peep! 2 months is amazing! Top result!
I put my name down for one passing through T3 at Heathrow from Watches of Switzerland in November.
Picked it up in T5 last month.
I thought at £2600 it was a no brainer.

GMT's have been redly available last few months. Should not have to wait long to get one now.

Had mine just over a year now, glad to report it's been faultless and still gets worn daily, lovely thing.

I have it on a steel bracelet and also an Erika's MN strap, but I fancy a nice rubber strap too for this year..

There's some good value ones for about £50, up to stuff like RubberB for around 3 times that price!

Anyone have one on theirs they'd recommend?

I bought the GasGasBones Tudor Rose strap which is lovely. Then didn't buy the watch!

I had one of these cheap ones on a non tudor dive watch and it was fine. I’d try one of these as it’s cheap. https://rover.ebay.com/rover/0/0/0?mpre=https%3A%2...

Thanks guys - I'm being a bit picky as I want one that's fitted to the Black Bay case like the Everest one for example:

I'm wearing mine now been wearing it as daily for a few weeks, I always take it away with me for the GMT function but... its not as comfy on my wrist as my Seamaster 300.
