Spotted one on nato today in goldsmiths. Spoke to them they put it aside and brother drove down and purchased to add to his collection.

He has a spare steel bracelet. Back when you used to get both.

Lady said waiting list all want steel at the moment.

First iv actually seen in the flesh. Lady said it came in to store on Friday.

Before my GMT turned up, my AD had one in the window with the leather strap in stead of the bracelet

Asked about taking that one and buying the bracelet separately, given that the leather was a few hundred quid cheaper.

Quote for the bracelet on its own was £475 +VAT
Ouch.
The bracelet is nice enough but...
Mine came on bracelet and I was lucky enough to pick up the Tudor deployant clasp and leather strap unused from a buyer who put it immediately on an Erica's NATO.
The leather does suit the watch very well I have to say

When I bought my Black Bay 41, I had a look at pretty much the entire Tudor range in the AD - always good to see them in person.

It's funny how these things often work out - I was convinced that I would be in love with the GMT, but in person it just didn't do it for me...I have no idea why. It is a very attractive watch, no doubt, but my heart didn't flutter. Same for the BB58 too.

Conversely, I had no interest in the BB Chronograph until I saw it in the metal. Just stunning - that really surprised me.

Surprised to see two at WoS at Gatwick North Terminal over the weekend. One on leather, the other on a NATO. Think the NATO did it for me slightly more.

Really - there was a waiting list for GMTs on steel bracelets. Has that changed ?

Sorry this is pretty off topic...but a lot of like minded Tudor lovers seem the best to ask! I have a Black Bay GMT on a Stainless Bracelet but find it sitting in the box (my Sub gets a lot more love) and hoping to pick up a Santos 100 to get one step closer to my perfect trio.

I don't want silly money for it but don't really know where to go to get a decent price. I know the waiting lists are still long so should achieve something reasonable and take a bit of pain away from the Santos purchase.

Any help appreciated!

Yes there certainly are. Much shorter than when I ordered mine though which was 12 months @July 18. Mine landed in June.

Is it a 2018 or 2019 year of manufacture ?

If 2018 - has it had the date roll issue fixed ?

Walk into your local Tudor dealer then and pick up a GMT.

Try getting a Harrods or Bucherer by just walking in

In a shop in the Algarve they have two in stock, but the euro makes it quite expensive. 3750 euros.

Chisholm Hunter in Silverburn Glasgow have a GMT on a NATO strap in the window

NATO's and leather straps seem almost readily available. Steel bracelets are on a wait list

Emailed RSC today as watch was due to be completed yesterday and sent back to me (warranty repair for sticky date window), turns out they are waiting for a part from Geneva and have added 1-2 weeks extra on the turn around time!
