That's exactly the sort of thing a H Neck would say...

Recent experience; a close relative put his name down for a Wimbledon DJ at the end of last summer and it has just arrived at the AD. I think he was quoted 18 months when the order was placed in September. I see on C24 that they’re trading under list.

I assumed it was for the ‘powerfully built’ who don't have a neck

Agree. And there's more to how someone 'carries' a watch than just their wrist size.

Totally. Watch people bang on about wrist size like it's the holy grail of watch suitability but there's way more to it than that. You have to look at the watch and yourself as a whole.

When I look at myself, I feel repulsion, disgust, then self-loathing.

So which Rolex is right for me ?

Ok. I’ve looked at the watch and at myself and I’m convinced that I am indeed a massive whole. Can I have a big watch now?

Any one will work. You're right in the brand sweet spot.

Buy one of those hideous looking rainbow Rolex watches that some of the England footy players were wearing in Qatar, that way everyone else can look at you and think the same biggrin

I've looked at myself in a large mirror and I nothing has changed, I still want a James Cameron Deep Sea. Should I notify 'my AD' to see if this bumps me up the list?

It's just fashions, 10 - 15 years ago watches were getting increasingly larger and everyone was banging on about 'wrist presence' to justify wearing a ridiculously large watch with stick thin wrists. The current flavour of the month is 40mm and under with some amazing justifications coming out for wearing a 36mm watch when you're built like a brick out house with 9" wrists!

It may be fashionable but it doesn't stop you looking ridiculous if you get it wrong.

Wrong thread for this really but any love for Bremont on here? Was a Bluewater a few weeks ago and had a look in the window of their shop there. Looked to have some nice stuff - may need to investigate further.
