Just watched the latest carwow vid with him racing his girlfriend, Jo, driving the RS6.

What intrigued me more was the watch she was wearing over the fact she got good reaction times!

Anyone got an idea what it is?

From what I can make out, cushion case, silver dial with some sort of Allen head bolt in the corners of the bezel (2,4,8,10). Watch kinda looks familiar yet can't put my finger on it.

A Gérald Genta stylee probably, similar to AP/PP style cues of his - hand set, exposed screws etc.

it's a Burberry watch, I worked in the same building as her for 2 years. Didn't know at the time she was going out with Mat, he wasn't famous at the time

Most likely Model number BBY1600

Hope this helps! I believe the watch is discontinued now.

I knew this forum would have the answer!
A Burberry watch makes sense considering the amount of stuff Mat wears in the videos. I guess they are either serious Burberry fans or that she worked there to get the staff rates.

My Mrs had a friend that worked in Burberry and regularly picked up loads of discounted goods at thier staff sales events. The prices were like 70-90% off retail!

My view isn't far off yours! I still have the image of the chav and the cap. smile

Stuff nowadays is a lot more subtle, especially ladies wear. However what you'll find is the higher the price the less branding you'll find. I guess when you can afford a £2k coat, you don't need people to know....

That because Burberry isnt all white polo shirts with checked collars... Do you have any idea about the company?

But that is still the image that the name portrays to 99% of people out there.

biggrin that pic takes me back and also why I have nothing in classic Burberry pattern! Only thing I have is a cashmere scarf in dark blue with a dark blue embroided logo. All I know is soft and warm. No need to let people know what brand it is, thank you.

Burberry make some great products, albeit much of which is seriously overpriced for what it is, but nice product.

However they ran with their check a few years back and shoved it on everything, and it was a silly move that they have not been able to shake off long term.

They are now doing it again now with their main line collections, I know a lot of people who had starting buying it again after many years away from it that are really not liking what they are seeing a again. It has gone from nice plain knits and polos in beautiful fabrics to everything covered in check again.

Good luck to them, but just take a look at their 'latest arrivals' on their website and it looks really chavvy again...

Looks more like Romford Market than proper Burberry again.
