Nice. Reminds me of this Aqua Terra I've had my eyes on for a while

I like that.

Seems to be trading about 1k cheaper than rrp (brand new) on the UK grey market - is that just a reflection on the discounts on offer in dealers or am I missing something?
There are two variants one with a COSC movement and one without the cheaper one is the non cosc

Unless im (still) missing something, listings like this one one on C24 show new master chrono version at 4k? Which is significantly less than retail…

The Aqua Terra 41mm is Calibre 8900 whilst the 38mm is Calibre 8800. 8900 has 2 barrels.

Both are METAS (and thus COSC) certified. Maybe it was the previous model (date window at 3pm, not 6pm) that wasn't COSC?

Wasn't planning on buying another watch this year, I've a Breitling Superocean 57 Heritage in blue arriving on Thursday for my Birthday, but this popped up locally, I went to have a look and walked away with it, its a 1972 Speedmaster MkIII "Deep Blue" immaculate almost mint condition for its age.

That is a fine looking watch.

As someone who spends more time than is healthy on Chrono24 looking at 70s Seikos, Omegas etc that is absolute glorious!

Not to everyone’s taste, but I’m liking my Sub LV on a NATO at the moment. I’ve bent the clasp on the bracelet so really need to get it fixed.

These three are getting most time out at the moment

Reverso for work. GS for evenings and as a work alternative. Sub for weekends, holiday and doing active stuff.

Nice to see some more pilot watches in this page!

Barchettaman said:

Not as nice as Robbie’s Stowa, but pretty decent for €85.
Ah missed this before, my bad! I've seen ones like this, is it an NH35 powered one?

Today I am on the Ham again biggrin

Interestingly Watchfinder did a video on this watch this week:

you have great watch taste, so many different types. Don't think i've ever seen you post a bad watch. A great oasis in the desert of Rolexes that seem to be posted on here.
