Not seen one of these on here before. An Oakley Time Tank. Big, fashion watch, beloved by a few people, including Chip Foose. Very, very comfortable to wear.
Each to their own but I don't like that at all.

Certainly different though.
I'm glad somebody else said that. smile

I thought we were being haunted by JAYB. eek
:rolf: that was my first thought

That's very good - I did buy a few from JAYB when he was around. I fear even he would have turned his nose up at this one though.

Definitely a fashion one. Wait until you see another Oakley one I have....

If you didn't catch it first time round this is well worth a read.

I have a good friend who, in the mid-late 90s, dressed himself (and his car) almost entirely in Oakley logos, so I couldn't own one, even if I wanted to.

And, to be clear, I really don't. wink

This reminds me of the glory days of school in the mid 90s when anyone who was anyone had a massive Kahuna watch on a velco Animal strap, or if you were really alpha... A Nixon.

Loving that G and I thought mine was bad....

Yours is dust though right? Mine got covered in paint like that! Took ages in hot water and a toothbrush to clean it up.

That's a good read. I may have a time bomb, and a hallshot.

Yes just dust....but it has been painted in the past.

Just doing what a G does best.

The Oakley watches would be mega car boot finds I expect. Long enough ago that they have been left in draws with flat batteries for ages and who cares about 90s quartz watches?

Bit of the old school. Literally. A watch I had at school. Timex Ironman on an Animal strap. Don't worry - updated the date and time. smile
