Re-cased Molnija Pocket Watch. It's a bit big, but it's nice for a more casual look. Another one sitting in the drawer until the war is over. Despite being a USSR watch, it was delivered from Ukraine so I feel better about that one!

...
May I ask if you have any more details on this one and/or a link? smile

This would sell a shed load if relaunched.

Well done finding one which hasn't had the buttons caved in.

Here you go. I bought mine in 2019, but I see they are still available. At the time (don't know about now) there were some a little cheaper on ebay, but the cases were not as nice.

There is a poor review there for the same watch, but mine has been perfect and I could not be more pleased with it. As it is a pocket watch, it isn't going to have anti-shock protection like a modern wrist watch, so I wouldn't wear if you are going to do anything vigorous.

Had this turn up earlier. Can't grumble for 50 odd quid. It is the most comfortable watch to wear that I own.

And me! I have a Batman one on a matching Nato with a Seiko Mods domed saphire crsytal. It gets more time on my wrist than anything else I own and looks fantastic..... and that's not fantastic for less than a hundred quid all in, it's a fantastic, fantastic laugh

I've heard that the quality of the replicas is better than the originals in some cases!

I'd love to see Uranus around my wrist.

Where did you get that from? Quite like the idea of one as a bit of a beater but no way am I paying reseller prices for one, I would rather put that towards a decent automatic.

Ah, the old ones are the best.

Not sure i'm allowed to put up the link but just search DHgate, there's plenty of stuff on there.

5 of mine although I’m wearing my newest spinnaker Cahill constantly so it could edge out the certina from my top 5.

The Monaco desperately needs some TLC and will get some this summer as it’s taken some stick over the 10 years I’ve had it. That was a 40th birthday present for myself as I’ve always loved them.
