I haven't worn this in a while. Had forgotten what a lovely thing it is. The engraved and filled characters in the white ceramic bezel are a particular joy.

It has the feeling of a vintage instrument, even slightly medical in nature.

Dug this one out today (hence wrong date!). Never fails to impress me. Such a comfortable thing to wear. Lovely weight as well.

That's the old version of the sapphire sandwich with the 1863 movement and the big suitcase box. The co-axial ones are nice, but I've no love for the new style bracelet
