It's a GBD-200-UU-1ER.
A catchy name I think you'll agree haha. Legibility is what's impressed me most. I have other negative display watches and you take the form over function as they are no where near as legible as a standard display. This has a MIP display and is really easy to read in low light or direct sunlight as there's no shadow to it. It's like reading white text off a black sheet of paper.
Nice! Now I'm torn between that and a GW-5000U-1...A catchy name I think you'll agree haha. Legibility is what's impressed me most. Buy both, you only live once haha

Well, I joined the club yesterday....
Considering it's meant as a "holiday" watch I found it very arduous changing (setting) the time and wondered whether I should have gone for a £25 Casio.
However, I'll stick with it, it's a comfy watch and certainly lighter to carry around than a TW Steel!
Nice one! I bought that exact watch for a holiday & as you say it’s really light & a real grower. One of my everyday faves.Considering it's meant as a "holiday" watch I found it very arduous changing (setting) the time and wondered whether I should have gone for a £25 Casio.

All G’s are a faff to set up but once you’ve done it a few times it’s fine.

I really like the connected G's for this reason. Have no patience myself All G’s are a faff to set up but once you’ve done it a few times it’s fine.

Anyone got a G that monitors Heart Rate?
I don’t want to spend almost £400 if they’re not very good.
I haven’t but I’d imagine for the money a much better monitor is available if that’s all you need.I don’t want to spend almost £400 if they’re not very good.
I’ll see what I can find out.
Anyone got any tips for cleaning their ‘G’s ?
Tried everything in the household cleaning cupboard and the car cleaning cupboard and nothing can get this looking clean.
It doesn’t help that although it has quite a bit of company in the watch drawer it gets a lot of wear, usually on my bike, one step away from buying a new strap/case or just an excuse to buy another watch….fancy a yellow one.

If that’s the G-56 version then it’s beyond saving, just sell it to me instead!Tried everything in the household cleaning cupboard and the car cleaning cupboard and nothing can get this looking clean.
