We just found ourselves in the middle of your run, black Seat stuck behind a slow taxi, won't say where as you are still out and about hehe
You all sounded very nice as you overtook. biggrin

Good run this morning although a few of us lost you near Rushden on the A6 after being stuck behind traffic.

The plus side was it was only about a couple of miles from where I live so decided to go back home.

Great run this morning, had a good time. Shame we got separated.
I think the etiquette of keeping the car behind in your mirrors went out of the window!!
See you all on the next one.
Thanks for organising it.

Bit of a fail on my part...

I was in the Cerb, videoing you as you came past just outside Denton. Putting everything back in the car took a while - so I decided to wait for the second group. After about 10-15 minutes I felt a bit silly standing by the roadside, so made my own way to the finish (good move, it seems now).

Unfortunately the video didn't work either. Must've hit the wrong button in my haste... frown

But just to prove I was at the Super Sausage, here's a still photo, at least...

Nice morning for a run anyway. thumbup

Apologies to group 2 for the waypoint failure and for losing the tail end of group 1 on the A6...

Hope everyone still managed to enjoy themselves!

Nice to see some familiar faces this morning even if it was in a stationary context rather than at speed driving

Cheers for the run, especially my driver, very greatly appreciated.

I didn't do anything and I am knackered!

See you all soon and I will drive the next one!

Had, lets say an interesting run in TVR Griff, wheels spinning nearly all the time, back stepping out on them 90deg bends, bottoming out on the road surface....... but it was fun thumbup
Had to bail out somewhere after the 1st stop to get petrol, and when I got to the A5 I went the wrong way, so carried on home.

Sorry to group two for getting us lost, I should have realised a lot sooner than I did! Still, good road that A507...
Sorry the Tiger got hurt but glad everyone seemed to enjoy themselves! I certainly did. I forget how tiring leading a group can be!

Had a little play with a silver Porsche at some point as he was in front of me, thanks for putting your foot down!

I can still hear the sound of Kev's lockup....

Yes, My fault I think . Got a little too excited on the Dual Carriageway and going rather quicker than was ideal when we all dived left. Was just about to check my mirror when everybody was standing on the brakes and turning. Hung around as much as I could but I knew right away you'd not see where we'd gone. Must do better.
Still, great fun, top bunch of guys and good to meet all of you.
Thanks to Steve and Plenty for organisingthumbup

Very impressd with your driving watching from behind. Not ideal conditions early on to say the least and just keeping it on the tarmac was an acheivement.
Sounded like a b....y spitfire from behind!!

I know I was following, the back stepped right out on one of those bends & a few sparks were flying here & there.

That was a really enjoyable run. Nice to see some exotica come out to play as well.

Big thanks to Steve & Stephen.

Thinking over this morning, everything it entailed with the extra 40 miles ( smile ), suicidal pheasants, some fantastic open sections of road and really being able to get a flow going made it one of my favourite hoons so far!

Thank you all for responding to my little note in a little forum, you're not all that bad!

plenty, thanks again for the route. Some great bits in there!

Kev do you want to borrow some ABS for the next one??
