I've seen you drive Mohan ... not having brakes shouldn't be an issue for you tongue out

Oh well, it must be fate. My Lotus has developed an annoying 2000rpm idle which I'm still trying to fix this evening. Fading light and skinned knuckles suggest that it won't happen.

I'll still pop along to Clophill but don't anyone laugh if I'm bouncing it off the limiter by then whilst trying to park up! loser

Starting to feel the sunburn now, great meet today-lovely to sit talking all things petrolhead in the sunshine over a bacon roll with like minded folks.

Roll on the next one!

I went in a BMW Mini wink

Loads of porchesssss there, you won't be (openly wink) judged on what you drive, we are all petrol heads and I've got the distinct impression that everyone is welcome, regardless of what you turn up in.

It's for the love of all things automotive.

Bacon sarnie is not too bad either.

Good to meet you I Am Milk - we've discussed it, and will indeed now be switching to odd years from next year & doing the Classic from 2016 onwards biggrin

See you there again in July as we'll be away at the 24h next month - hope you get the other sorted by then too, as it would be really great to see it alongside our MINI's smile

Hello

New to the forum after hearing about the Clophill meets, when is the next one and would a BMW M135i be welcome. I enjoy my photography so there will be plenty of opportunity for people to get images taken should they wish.

Thanks

Paul

Everyone is welcome, a few camera types turn up too, so you won't be alone. A guy at work has a 135i, re-mapped too. Bloody animal!!

Hi Paul,

As said before, anyone is welcome. The meets are typically on the 3rd Sunday of the month, unless some other event (Easter etc.) gets in the way. Hopefully Mohan or Pete will confirm when the next meet is as 15th June is Father's day ...? I would imagine the meets following this will be on the 3rd Sunday though ...
