Hi,
The Shell at Stanborough (Opposite Gosling Stadium, WGC) has a jet wash. Just pay at cashier for 3mins, 5 mins etc. It only operates in certain hours (ie 9-5ish) due to the noise levels but if you went mid morning to mid afternoon you'd be safe. STANBOROUGH ROAD, AL8 6XA, WELWYN GARDEN CITY
The Shell on the A414 USED to have one but it's not showing on the website atm. Last time I drove that way (some time ago ) it was being refurbed so check prior to visiting.
They aren't that effective despite the power tbh - I use them to get crap off of the underside of car or to clear out the oil & gearbox coolers on the Evo.
I still walk up and down several flights of stairs (2nd fl. flat) with multiple buckets of water if I want a good job done.

Not an issue if you're not sure it's only 10 minutes down the road.
