Some crazy stuff going on during this departure almost collided with a 757!

Seems the pilots had not had their IFR clearance so decided to "just do a VFR circuit and land" then try and sneak out of the airspace once airborne. Very lucky they did not cause an accident.

That’s only a short 30min hop for him so not uncommon to be over there.

Yeah must have been something happening over Cramond Island as he was hovering there for quite around 30 minutes.

I’ve seen southwest do a full drinks service on Dallas to Houston so this is nothing!

More of a cool thing that didn't show up on flight radar, but approx 4pm today looked like a plane with 6 propellors heading west over the north of Ireland. I only noticed because of the noise (amazingly loud!) Checked on flight radar but nothing showed up, any ideas?

No idea but next time try ADS-B exchange. It’s shows everything including military stuff unlike FR24

There aren’t any operational 6 engined propeller aircraft about are there? Maybe a 4 engined one with 2 underwing pods or fuel tanks?

Yep, I'm thinking probably an EC130 Herc of some description, from certain angle the tank can look like an additional engine.

You're probably right, I didn't have binos and it was quite high up.
