Plane covering the Nurburg 24hr right now. Apparently being used by the cars to relay their on-board footage! Used by the WRC as well

Airbus is taking the stuff to another level: guess the airline!

I’m guessing that’s the Battle of Britain memorial flight support DC3 getting ready for Thursday.

BBMF Dakota is not scheduled to be in Jubilee flypast.

The Lanc, both Hurricanes and 3 x Spits is the 'inside info rumour' of the BBMF section.

2 netjets chariots holding above Dundee, odd for this time of day.

A wee run down to the airport, and sure enough someone’s having a rough day.

Spotted what looked like a pair of Jet Provost's practicing formation flying over Bangor-on-Dee this afternoon around 4.30, can't find them on the usual sites via playback, interested to see if my eyes were deceiving me, they were green not the usual red/white

It’s that time of year again, pairs are a go from Wednesday 1 June as we finalise preparation for our first two displays of the season. See you with the pair at Midlands Air Festival https://www.facebook.com/midlandsairfestival/ and solo at Torbay https://facebook.com/events/s/english-riviera-air-... ??
https://www.facebook.com/StrikemasterDisplayUK

You seeing them today (01 June 2022) definitely ties in with their facebook post.

They look like this...

(scroll right through those pictures too - some lovely close-ups of the two Strikemasters on the flightline alongside an early Jet Provost in silver)

...and there's video here...

They were originally BOC Aviation (lessor) orders for S7 but since the sanctions they were obviously unable to take delivery so BOC is leasing them to TK instead who need extra capacity. 3 of them were already painted in full S7 livery before the sanctions, so they've just painted over the titles and tail logo so they don't draw attention to the normies and will be repainted for Anadolujet in Turkey. There's a couple more frames coming which are painted all white.

Some of the Jubilee Trooping flypast aircraft have started to assemble, with the P8 doing circuits over the North Sea, the Voyager departed Brize a while ago, and the 3 x C-130's have just departed Brize as well.
