...currently sat burning my skin in Portugal. In the harbour is a massive dark blue luxury boat/yacht moored up. Probably the most impressive one there. Parked up next to it is a fleet of matching coloured cars. There's currently two 911s, hummer (off day?), two lambos, mclaren mp-thingy, Ferrari FF and 458 and a rolls Royce. All in the same matt dark blue colour (presumably wraps rather than paint).

The boat is called 'Brutus' and its from London. I've done a Google search but I've no idea what to search for being a mere pauper and unaware if these things are registered in the public domain.

My guess it's a cooperate thing hired out with matching toys rather than one rather rich person.

The best I came up with is afashion firm called Brutus that does jeans.

Anyone care to suggest what to google or if they know it?

Like I said, odd question and I'm just being a nosey git... But it's a hell of a car collection with matching dingy.

With everything sounding jean coloured it could be promotion / advertising by the company or the rich owner of the brand perhaps.

That's the best guess I've come up with but I couldn't tell from the website if it was a big enough brand to warrant over million quids worth of cars and a massive boat/yacht/ship. (When does a boat stop being a boat and become a ship?)

Download the shipfinder or marine traffic app to your phone and it should give you the full details.

I've searched for 'brutus' and it just brings up a few tankers. What area of portugal is it and i'll have a look for you.

Brutus jeans, or "Brutus bags", were popular in the seventies but I don't think I've seen them since, had no idea they were still around.

Had a look there and there's 6 registered vessels there at the moment, no Brutus though or anything near that size.

It may just have it's AIS transponder turned off.

Strange not to be able to find anything about it on the web at all.

Maybe someone on the superyachts spotted thread could help

Sunseeker Demo boat and 'loan' cars to tempt new customers?

They've only just opened a location in Portugal.

This sounds about right after seeing the photos.

They do this at my marina twice a year, we've had Aston Martin and Porsche this year.

It seems to happen in most marinas/open days.
