Mk2 TSO in usable condition 10-15k, we anticipate another 15-20k to bring up to a condition we are happy with. Thats paint and parts only as we are volunteers. Many 100's of hours....

shipping is about £1500-£3000, and you will need some level track to put it on which is probably another £1500 at least.

I have always fancied an American caboose as a garden office/mancave.

Potentially the scrapyard on Barry Island? Used to be Woodham's I believe, no idea if it's still around.
Woodhams closed in the mid 90s, and they had locos not carriages

They weren't just locos though. The reason many locos 'survived' was because Woodhams' were so busy Cutting up wagons.

There are a couple of completely stripped Mk1 coaches on the Great Central Railway, but I don't know what they intend to do with them.
