Image shows the aircraft on its back - reports are that the crew did not eject, and it took 2 hours to extricate them

Not to mention the explosive canopy release - I guess that's why it took 2 hours to get them out, they probably had to cut through the plexiglass

It looks like there was another F-16 accident on 21 June - this one at Ellington Field just outside Houston, Texas.
