Presumably you didn't see Harry Styles dressed as Liberace's Decorator then.

I'm old enough to remember the first one, and the car crash of Mick Fleetwood and Sam Fox as the presenters.

Just talking about that here. Fleetwood was on the other night saying the problem was that the lady running the TelePrompTer couldn’t hear instructions from the producer because of screaming fans. Probably didn’t help they were off their faces as well.
But tonight is all pretty messy as well.

The Stormzy set isn't very 'culturally diverse' is it. Such a hypocrite.

Exactly what I was thinking! While we go out of our way to promote diversity and integration, what do we get in return? This fking ste!

Imagine the riots if Lewis Capaldi, Harry Styles, et al, came on with “White is Right” or something along them lines at back of the stage in bold letters

Absolutely what I was thinking....

Dave’s lyrics to black...

The kid dies, the blacker the killer, the sweeter the news
And if he's white, you'll give him a chance, he's ill and confused
If he's black he's probably armed, you see and you shoot

They're just talentless hypocrites with massive chips on their shoulders.
I mean I don't particularly like Rod Stewart, but he does have a unique voice and there's obvious talent. I can't see Stormzy or those other idiots doing a set when they're 75 years old!

Big up and shout out to my homeboy Dave from Streatham!
Erm, never heard of him before this evening....

Rod Stewart was embarrassing.

What a talentless sham the Brits has become.

rolleyes
All the white 'singers' were pretty much entirely talentless flash in the pans too...are you happy now?
The only difference is that they aren't openly blaming black people (or anyone else) for their apparent life struggles.

If you arent going to get publicity because of your act being original, good and you super talented, perhaps court some controversy in another way ?

The spectrum of music through this years Brit Awards was appalling.

Britain retains a rich history of talented and innovative guitar bands, however the only people with a guitar were Ronnie Wood in the cringe worthy old-rocker finally, and a waste of Jonny Marr's talent to play a couple of chords through the worst Bond theme in years.

In an interest to promote and celebrate diversity of styles and cultures, the whole programmes seems to have gone so far off-piste, that only a handful of niche music types are given stage time.

Jack Whitehall taking the mickey out of the guests and audience was the highlight for me.
