Reading about Hermeus's Quarterhorse aircraft (https://newatlas.com/military/us-military-hermeus-supersonic-quarterhorse-contract/) has won a contract with US Army and Navy are very interested in how to adapt the Quarterhorse to their needs – so much so that they've added $159 million to an existing development contract, for a total of $219 million. The new contract focuses on reducing the risk factors for Quarthorse, especially in propulsion, thermal management, and power generation, as well as being able to release payloads at speeds up to Mach 3.



Beleive it's a pure digital cockpit with no actual front windscreen.

Yes, Hermeus's website makes that clear. So I don't get the reference to a "digital cockpit". It has no cockpit.

You both right it's unmanned, my bad had it mixed up with the Lockheed Martin X-59 Quesst features experimental low noise sonic Shockwave. It has a unique cockpit design that lacks a traditional forward-facing window due to its elongated nose
