The slip way next to Conwy marina is no fun at all. Exposed to a lot of tide and wind. Its also covered in loose stones and can be hard work even in a good 4x4. (I cant remember for sure but I also dont recal it being accessible at all tides.) Also when you launch there, where are you going to go? Heading inland to the river is great for watersking & wakeboarding but its uncharted so unless your local or follow a local forget it.
The slipway in Menai Bridge is about the best in North Wales. Its accessible at almost all tides, reasonably sheltered and places to go on the straits once launched. Just be mindful of the swellies near by require precise navigation.

Sandy lane in Chester has a slip way and a car park as well.
