Pork Belly, Pork Shoulder, Pork crackling, Yorkshire pudding, duck fat roast potatoes, roasted carrots and parsnips on a bed of savoy cabbage with gravy and apple sauce.

Bloody delicious.

The healthy food routine resumes next week, once back in Dubai!
