Chestnut mushrooms,
Balsamic glaze
Greek yoghurt.
parsley
Bread.

1. Shove your mushrooms into a pan with oil, an old fashioned pan, cost £10, Not an airfryer or Thermonix etc.
2. cook till browning.
3. Squirt your balsimic glaze over it,. be liberal.
4. Pop 100ml or so of greek yoghurt on top. Mix
5. Reduce down on VERY LOW HEAT till it looks edible. Or nearly edible.
6. Parsley on top for a bit of healthy green colour spectrum.

I'm guessing you or your toaster knows how to make toast so I won't go into that. Red dwarf White Dwarf episode can help in that regard.
