ALDI & LIDL Food and Drink Worth Trying?

Yup. I equate spice tolerance directly with masculinity, because I’m an idiotic dinosaur, and I'll happily admit to having a proper fight with an Iceland CR ready meal.
I must be in the same group - by the time I got back to it it had cooled down and the first few bites weren’t nearly as hot. So I added the rest of the sauce to the rice and finished it off. The last few mouthfuls almost finished me off and I paced up and down with sweat beading off my face, for a good 5 minutes, until my mouth started to subside. Woke up at 2am needing a glass of milk to calm the burning in the pit of my stomach. And today I’m wishing I’d had the foresight to put the bog roll in the freezer - I’ve never had either of those things happen in the past and I’ve added a fair amount of chilli to things (or I thought I did).
I can easily say that short of the sauces like insanity etc, this was the hottest thing I’ve ever bought.
Would I have it again? I’m not sure - it crossed the line to uncomfortably hot - although I did enjoy a slightly euphoric feeling midway through - but glad I tried it

I bought my dad the CR curry from iceland around a month or so ago as the supermarkets had stopped doing their super hot ready meal boxes. He likes his heat and he found the iceland CR curry to be miles hotter than the phall/vindaloos that were in the ready meal boxes.
the scarily spicy pizza is also bloody hot. I've had it 3 times now. each time I've been halfway through eating it and regretted ever buying it, no idea what brought me to go back and by it again after the first time .
Memory of the pain fades quickly and you think I wonder if it was really that hot the scarily spicy pizza is also bloody hot. If I’m ever tempted to get it again I’ll look at this page first.

Anyone who has had the Chicken King kebab did the cooking instructions suffice?
I'm always wary since a time I cooked an Aldi chicken thigh burger and it came out raw.
Thanks in advance.
I've done the king kebab twice, had no problems. Funny you mention that as I've had those fried chicken thigh burgers a handful of times, first time was perfect, though there were afew times i felt the thighs were still raw inside and didn't stay very long in my stomach before going back the way it came.I'm always wary since a time I cooked an Aldi chicken thigh burger and it came out raw.

I know they're only a guide but I cooked that thigh burger 5 mins longer than the instructions just to be safe first bite was okay then I went into the thickest part and it was completely raw like it had just been boned off of the thigh.
Was going in the bin but first wanted to see how long it would take to cook so put it back in and it literally took double what the instructions said.
Never chanced them again which is a shame as they looked and the bite I had was really nice.
On another note Aldi prawn cocktail extra special crisps are back first time I've seen them in a while.
