How would you cook a T-Bone?? Medium? Got to admit, not had one for years, usually go for a Rib-Eye.

Glad to see you ate the tongue/coral. Used to catch my own. Live scallops. Crumbed and shallow dried

Another saturday night epic curry done!

Chicken pathia with pea and mustard pilau rice, onion & pea bhajis, pineapple pachadi, vegeatble thoran and lemon raita.

And for dessert, orange sorbet served in hollowed out orange skins garnished with mint leaves and icing sugar (not visible in my rubbish photo);

There was also liquorice ice cream and golden syrup cake made specifically for a couple of my guests but they weren't very photogenic (the food, not my guests).

If a flash was used it would exaggerate the rareness. I bet it was med/rare.

No flash. But the right side does look slightly rarer than it was.

This looks indescribably awesome and I would like to eat that right now. Sausage, Egg and Chips. Absolute winner of a combination and with an international twist. Those sausages look like they are big enough which many sausages plain aren't.

Very nice.

When am I coming round for dinner?

nono not chips, french fries. Apparently some Brits actually like these horrible things.

Southern fried chicken burger with egg, avocado, crispy bacon and cheese. Lots of mayo and Frank's hot sauce too.

Good lord. Personally I would bin the avocado off but other than that....

Also, egg on a chicken burger is a new concept to me but one I am keen to try out for myself. Even if it is a bit dark to be eating the embryo and the fully developed animal in the same meal hehe

Egg on a pizza is lovely too, was sceptical first but then had it in a restaurant and converted.
